Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: How soon will my order ship?
A: Usually orders are filled and shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order.  We ship 5 days a week via USPS only - No PO Boxes please.

Q: We would like to send an order to a gift recipient - what can we do?
A: Candles make great gifts, and we are always happy to send a shipment to a third party!  Please let us know if the order is a gift, and we will send the receipt to you separately.

Q: We enjoy dealing with Wisconsin Dells Candle Co. Do you offer products other than Candles and Bath Products?
A: We work very closely with many other companies in Wisconsin.  If you would like to include another Wisconsin product with your order, just ask - we'll see what we can do!
